For Liam’s 39th birthday to celebrate we went with friends to the Chedi in Andermatt for their Sunday Champagne Brunch. Their chef prepares Swiss and European breakfast classics but then there is also an Asian Kitchen: serving authentic noodles, dim sum, crispy shrimps etc. Other favourites included a raw bar section offering lobsters, oysters and caviar and you shouldn’t miss out on the Sunday roast with the most divine truffle sauce. Talk about decadent and it comes complete with champagne Taittinger on tap that the guys took full advantage of for the three hours and us girls: the dessert buffet and 5 meter tall cheese room!
