Last year, my friend Christine mentioned that every Thursday she has a mini “Baker’s Day” with her daughter Anneke. I am no baker but I thought it may be a good idea to at least try and cook and/or bake with the girls once a week and teach them some of the very limited skills that I have in the kitchen.

One of the shortcuts that I have taken to start us all off, is to use the Betti Bossi baking kits that you get from COOP. Here we are practicing Easter cupcakes in the hope that come Easter weekend we will be able to make lots and lots of fullproof treats. I think our strength lies in the presentation and decoration but they did taste good (we added Easter bunny chocolate to the mix and it made them taste even more chocolatey!).
