One of my favourite things about Christmas is the whole concept of Secret Santa. Every year we play it in our family where we all get to draw a name out of a hat and then have a 50chf note to go and buy something fun for the other person. The great advantage being you only have to shop for one person in the family and they get something nice. Some years we have a theme: like it must be homemade or bought at a Christmas market within a time limit of 30 minutes. Or in the case of my Montana Mom’s lunch next week it has to be 30chf and a gag gift/something funny! As part of our annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party (which is on a sabbatical this year) we also play and it has resulted in some great laughs especially when the one year some guests were convinved gag gift meant “something sexy”. LOL!
This year, I still have to buy my family Secret Santa a gift, but I found mine for the Mom’s lunch (a cellphone cage) and some for the girls’ classes’ Secret Santas all from Depot. They have some great fun and even functional gifts: like how cool is this High Heels Emergency Kit!
