When visiting Cape Town one must drop in to the V&A Waterfront. It is mostly a giant shopping mall with a great diversity of shops: local and from the world over but there are also lots of great activities nearby too. Suggestions would include the Aquarium (for spotting sharks and “Nemo” in real life), the Comedy Club, the Watershed (for authentic local arts and crafts), the giant Ferris Wheel and the Springbok Rugby Museum. We enjoyed lunch at La Prada just before catching the ferry from the harbour to Robben Island.
