As part of In Good Company’s Autumn campaign I decided to do a mini photo shoot of our new whisky glasses and stones’ nd so here is a look at our new goodies and the recipe for a Whisky Sour using our current home town Huenenberg’s very own Whiskey aptly named Chicken Hill.

60ml bourbon
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
½ orange wheel (for serving)
Maraschino cherry (for serving)

Step 1 – Combine whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2 – Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Step 3 – Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
