If you are looking to make a Easter feature at your front door, hallway or in and around your home, you will want to try this easy DIY. Buy a basket, you could opt for a traditional Easter style but here I chose a wicker one that is actually used as a waste paper basket (a good idea as the arrangement can be used all year round). Purchase a variety of fake pastel spring blossoms (my cherry blossoms were from Depot) and fasten these with thin florists wire around the rim of your basket. Here I opted for fake ones, as you can then use this centrepiece over and over again, but real ones would work too. Then purchase similar real cut flowers (tulips, hyacinths, ranunculus) and place these inside a glass vase that fits snugly inside the basket. Or one could buy these flowers still potted and place these inside the basket. A large and lovely basket to welcome guests into your home.
