The landing in the Elphinstone House is not exactly a properly decorated space, but slowly it is taking shape after I added in the GRAY MALIN Camps Bay artwork on the wall and an old church pew with some cushions that I used to have over 12 years ago in our first house in Johannesburg.

We were lucky that the house already came with these built in shelves but I definitely need to restyle them – one thing I do love now though is my Lonely Planet blue travel books collection. I buy one everytime we plan to go to a new place. I must also look into getting ones of the places I went to a long time ago. Hopefully, one day a whole book case will be full!
