Bailey made this cool Christmas Tree shaped bread for our Advent Sunday Christmas Lunch. You take pizza dough cut into a triangle and cover with pesto (we used the yummy truffle red pesto one we bought from biancolatte.ch at the Christmas Fair held at My Moroccan Rug a few weeks ago. Then add lots of grated mozzarella cheese on top. The other two pieces of the triangle you make into one big triangle and then lay on top. Cover with melted butter, chopped garlic and Parmesan cheese. You then cut the slits and twist each one. The whole thing then gets popped into the oven (200 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. We ate as is, but you can also serve with a tomato relish sauce.
