When we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan, one of the starters suggested by our waiter was their Prosciutto Focaccia. It was amazing, and so we tried to replicate it at home. You take (or make if you are baker) the focaccia with cherry tomatoes (Liam found one for us in Coop that you just heat up in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes). Then you add sliced Burrata Mozzarella cheese, basil and good prosciutto on top. I also added our Just Spices Caprese Herb mix and a little bit of olive oil. All in all – a great success!
