One of the best decisions I made for Liam’s 40th Birthday party was having Tanya from Ochsner Balloons do the balloons displays for us. She totally blew me away with her photo booth backdrops and the giant word balloons and confetti balloons completely transformed the cocktail area and Kids Club. I can not recommend her enough!
