Our visit to Geneva was the number 24 of the 26 cantons that we have visited so far. Having lived in the City for 6 months when I was younger I remember a little bit about the City but had never made a point to see the Jet D’Eau up close. So we all walked around the lake and Liam and the girls were game to go right up to it… and get soaked.

Did you know the Jet d’Eau is one of the tallest fountains in the world? Soon after being finished, the fountain became the symbol of strength, ambition and vitality of Geneva and Switzerland. Its strong engines pump 500 liters of water per second to the height of 140 meters!
