For Andrea’s 45th Birthday, we decided to have a go at creating one of the stunning cakes by Adi Klinghofer. As Andrea loves Cremeschnitte, we decided to forgo the biscuit and cream, and instead used the slices for the cake part and focused the fun on decorating them with macaroons, berries and edible flowers. So easy to do and looked pretty similar to the originals you see online.
