The Solio Reserve is internationally recognised as the most successful private rhino breeding reserve in Kenya and we can testify to their statement that you will find that sightings of up to 40 rhinoceros at a time are not uncommon. In fact, I think Liam said we had seen nearly a 100 the one day! What a wonderful sight to behold! Here are lots and lots of photos of all the “crashes” we saw (this being the collective noun of rhinos!) and our morning coffee will just never be the same – as Solio you get to enjoy sipping your brew and snacking on Ginger biscuits with Rhinos only a few metres away!
Our guide Amos teaching us all about middens, rhino dung and rhino public loos!
