As going to London for the long weekend was Zara’s trip, I knew I would have to plan separate activities for Liam and Bailey to do, so as to not interfere with her and best friend Anneke’s Weekend Away. For the Saturday morning when they were heading to Warner Bros Studios – The Making of Harry Potter, I had a brainwave a few days before and realised that the perfect outing for Bailey and Liam (if not better!) was to go to the London Film Museum and see the current Bond in Motion Exhibition. This a fantastic family-friendly experience located in Covent Garden and is home to an extensive collection of original vehicles and props featured in the iconic James Bond film series, it is the largest exhibition of its kind anywhere in the world.
In the end I ended up going with Bailey and the exhibition is fantastic and there were lots of additional activities to take part in besides seeing and learning all about the different props and vehicles. I don’t want to spoil the surprise as many of these ideas I will be using for an upcoming event so in one way I am glad it was just Bailey and I – as both Zara and Liam will be presently surprised next year.
