With Liam’s brother and family visiting, I booked us all a Chocolate Tasting and Making course at Max Chocolatier in Luzern. We took the train from Rotkreuz to Luzern Main Train Station and then it is just a short walk over the old (or new) bridge and their shop has the most amazing location right by the lake!
We learnt lots of little facts about chocolate but most importantly got to taste test all different kinds and then custom make our own chocolate bar. It was such good fun and the results were delicious!
