It’s May already which to me usually means Cinco De Mayo. I had all these grand plans last month to throw a full blown Mexican Fiesta in the month of May but I think the 5th crept up on me and all I could muster up in the end was a Mexican themed table. I will have to make sure next year to start planning early on in April as it really is one of my favourite themes: bright colours, big flowers, cacti, nachos, tortillas, churros in chocolate sauce – what’s not to love!
