When we were in Xi’an, we were lucky that the restaurant that our guide had selected included a Noodle Making Demonstration. I was amazed at how the Chinese noodles are made by hand and how fit the master chef needs to be – it’s hard work! We then enjoyed two different kinds of noodles and had the opportuity to test out different toppings. And then as a bonus: we tried all sorts of mini Chinese desserts!
