I forsee a new November tradition that we started this year. On weekend we went ice skating with the girls and this time we booked dinner at the “pop-up” chalet alongside the Bossard rink. The restaurant is only up for a few weeks a year and they serve just fondue. But let me not say “just” as it was so good! Liam and I had the truffle one and the girls; the house-special. It comes complete with the typical bread but mini potatoes and pickled veggies too. We finished off the meal with apple struedel and for the first time we tried a Swiss classic dessert called “Gebrannte Creme” which is a bit like a caramel mousse. What a great way to spend a Saturday family night as winter starts to set in.
